I originally joined NN2 because I saw the value of an organization that could support me in my role as a new Associate Dean of Health Science. The Deans and AD's at my school could assist me with the institutional necessities but I needed support with health care educational specifics, and I found that with NN2. My decision to support NN2 as a board member grew out of my desire to share knowledge and collaborate with others in health care education.
The collegial support I have experienced over the past 7 years with NN2 (5 as a board member) has been professionally enriching through the networking and growth opportunities that are part of the organization.
